These companies of Issachar that the Lord is grooming up shall raise up their voices in truth, and call back men to the position and responsibility God ordained for them in the family, in their marriages, and in the society at large. 

These same men shall be prophetic, understanding the ways and times of God. They will be knowing and bringing the redemptive will of God upon the church and nations, and by their ministry sharing the treasures of the Lord.

These men shall be holding up the hands of the women as pillars by their sides, so that the women can stand strong and boldly making declarations over their nations and coming forth in an outburst of praise unto the Lord.
